    • FOUND BAD CONNECTION AT BATT TERM. DISASSEMBLED, CLEANED AND SCUFFED, AND RE ASSEMBLED. VEH STARTS NOW, EVEN WHEN USING WIGGLE TEST. RE TESTED- STARTED SEVERAL TIMES. USING WIGGLE TEST, NO START CONDITION RETURNED. FOUND VOLTAGE DROP AT STARTER. FOUND BATTERY CABLE ENDS AND MULTIPLE AUXILIARY WIRE ENDS HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY CRIMPED ON AND ARE LOOSING CONNECTION. NEED TO REWIRE AND REROUTE WIRES AT TERMINAL AREA AND INSPECT WIRES ON STARTER (STARTER APPEARS NEW).
    • COMPLETE VEHICLE INSPECTION
    • RE ROUTED MAIN POWER AND GROUND WIRES, CONNECTED THEM SECURELY TO NEW NON COATED BATTERY TERM. APPLIED DIELECTRIC GREASE TO PREVENT CORROSION. ALL GROUNDS FOR AFTERMARKET LIGHTS WERE RE ROUTED TO EXISTING FACTORY BODY GROUNDING LOCATION. FUSE/RELAY BOX FOR SAID LIGHTS HAS BEEN RELOCATED AND PURGE VALVE RE INSTALLED TO FACTORY LOCATION. ALL WIRES IN DIRECT PROXIMITY TO BATTERY HAVE BEEN RAN UNIFORMLY AND SECURED PROPERLY AS TO PREVENT ANY FURTHER ISSUES. TESTED PRIMARY WIRE GOING TO STARTER FOR VOLTAGE DROP=WITHIN SPEC.
