- Retrieved DTC P0134 – O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1). Performed circuit testing of the Bank 1 Sensor 1 oxygen sensor and verified the power, ground, and signal circuits test within specification. Monitored live scan data and found the sensor has intermittent flat spots, where it fails to switch between lean and rich as it should. Instead, the signal becomes stuck, indicating the sensor is no longer responding properly. Conclusion & Recommendation: The oxygen sensor circuits test good, isolating the fault to the Bank 1 Sensor 1 oxygen sensor. Recommended Repair: Replace the Bank 1 Sensor 1 oxygen sensor, clear the fault code, and retest the system to verify proper sensor activity and confirm the code does not return. Retrieved DTC P0621 – Generator Lamp (L) Control Circuit during diagnosis. While testing the oxygen sensor system, the charging system warning light illuminated. Inspected the alternator wiring and found rodent damage, with multiple wires at the alternator chewed and damaged. Conclusion & Recommendation: The damaged alternator wiring is preventing proper communication and control of the charging system, resulting in the P0621 fault. Recommended Repair: Repair the rodent-damaged alternator wiring, then clear the fault code and retest the charging system to verify proper alternator operation and confirm the code does not return. ALSO HAS A P0455 LARGE EVAP LEAK THAT NEEDS DIAGNOSED
