  • Used a jump box to start and move the vehicle into the shop. Performed a complete charging system test and verified the alternator is charging at 13.9 volts at idle, which is within manufacturer specifications. Tested the battery and found it failed the battery load/capacity test, confirming the battery is no longer capable of holding the proper charge.
